The Training Philosophy

I recommend beginners train 3-4 days per week, with sessions running about 45-60 minutes. That’s roughly 3 hours of actual training time per week. As you advance, you can scale up — I personally train 2-3 hours daily, but that’s not where you start.

The program follows progressive overload principles adapted for bodyweight training. Each week, you’re either doing more reps, harder variations, or reducing rest times. This constant progression is what drives results.
